Hello! I pray that this letter finds you well and running over with the amazing grace of God's endless love!

This last month has been very busy with many outreach opportunities in the streets in Tulsa and surrounding areas. With countless salvations and many who found a renewed strength as they were encouraged by encountering Jesus right in the middle of their everyday life as some radical misfits approached them to ask if we could pray with them or simply sit and listen to their stories and be able to share God's word and truth with them of an amazing hope in Jesus Christ and encourage them to stand firm and not give up on the good fight!

Last month we put word out that we were looking to raise funds or items to put together ministry plants that consisted of an enclosed trailer, generator, sound system, tables and chairs. We are believing in (5) ministry plants and I watched as the Lord delivered everything for the first plant within weeks of getting the word out. We have been slowly going into these areas and developing relationships and earning trust with local people and looking to fully kick off the first weekly ministry plant at 21st & Garnett after the first of the year. We are so very thankful to so many of you for taking the time to pray and for partnering with us in bringing this vision to life. 

I am not sure why I continue to be surprised every time that God delivers on His promises but it definitely reminds me that when I read of the Israelites being a stubborn and stiff necked people who seem to suffer from spiritual amnesia and always forget that it was God who saved them and delivered them from the hands of pharaoh and many other devices that I too seem to have spiritual amnesia. Around 2016 as I was actively involved with my local church I heard the Lord tell me to start a prayer meeting on Monday nights. I argued with God and debated as to why there were way better candidates for this task than me. But God never let up! After a month or two of being disobedient I will never forget the Sunday morning when one of the church elders stepped up on the platform and announced that the church was starting a Monday night prayer meeting. My mouth fell open in disbelief as God spoke to me and said “the train is leaving. You going to get on?” weird statement I know but it was what I needed to hear. You can bet I was at the first meeting praying! I went every week. After a couple months passed by on one sunday morning the elder approached me in the hallway. He said “Levi, I am giving you the prayer meeting if you’ll take it.” I was in shock! Did this just happen?! He told me that he felt that I was the one supposed to be leading it. 

I walked away in tears and in awe of my God. Did He really just watch me be disobedient in starting this so He spoke to another who would obey and start it and then told them to drop it in my lap?! God straight up just showed me in a very simple way of how serious He is about our obedience and that if I was seeking Him that I could not run from what He has planned and purposed for me. God taught me first hand to just trust Him no matter what He ask of me. And I see it lived out everyday of my life now as we take Jesus to the streets of america! One person, one event and one city at a time!

How could I ever doubt His promises. I pray you see and encounter Jesus in such a way as to never doubt the calling He has on your life. Yes, yours! You are His disciple and His command is to GO and Make disciples. Who are you reaching in your home, in your work place, in your school or in your city for Jesus?

THIS MONTH’S STORY

As we set up in east Tulsa one night to prepare to do street worship we were approached by a gentleman who was not very happy that we chose his parking lot to set up in. He indicated that he loved Jesus but that we could not stay there. I was a bit confused as I am thinking man if you love Jesus why would you tell us to leave. But I was even more confused because God had told us to go and set up there. We had favor the week before but now it appeared something was different. But why god? What did I miss? 

Then as I began to pray and ask Him for guidance my eyes landed on a set of apartments down the hill from us and I heard His voice say “GO”.  So I headed down to the apartments to check them out before bringing the team in. I talked to a few tenants as I couldn't  find the leasing office. They were welcoming and actually pleaded with me to please come in there and love on people. 

So I returned with the bus, a trailer full of groceries and our team of amazing Jesus loving servants. We began to just talk to people who were out walking and also knock on doors. Many prayers and many tears were had as many groceries were given out and people heard the good news of Jesus Christ. We even saw salvation happen right in the doorways of some of these apartments. The first door I knocked on I had a great conversation with a man and even got to pray with him. As I handed him the groceries and was about to walk off I heard a voice from across the room shout and ask if i was the guy with the bus? I responded, yes! She said “with the cross on it?” I again said, yes! She then jumped out of her chair and ran to the door. She was in disbelief that I was standing at her door and just prayed for her family and even brought groceries!

You see, just hours earlier she had been traveling down the highway and passed what appeared to be some radical Jesus freak in a hippie bus! She said she laughed at it and even poked a little fun at it because it was so ridiculous. Guys, this is how God works! She stood before me in tears now because she was so convicted of her sin for mocking the bus and the ministry and now, Now I stand at her door praying over her family and bringing groceries! She said no one comes into those apartments and that she could not believe God just did that! Talk about being touched by God!

Why should we ever doubt the power of God and why should we ever doubt His love for us. Even when we disobey, even when we mock Him, He stands at our door and knocks. Because He loves us. Will you let Him in and will you let Him use you to be the vessel to tell someone else of the goodness of God.
