It has been some time since I wrote a newsletter and with the end of the year fast approaching I wanted to give a review of the year and direction for the next. I want to first say thank you from the bottom of my heart for all your prayers, contributions and support. Without your heart to see the Kingdom of Heaven multiplied it would not have been possible for any of this to take place.
To back up about a year and a half ago the Lord had spoke to me and showed me vision for the next few years. It was to go beyond just doing street worship in Sapulpa. He said I will give you Tulsa in 2022 and in 2023 I will give you the nation. Give meaning, favor and networking of partners to move freely. A sending if you will. So in the spring of ‘22 He laid it on my heart to take the team through a 50 day fast from resurrection sunday to pentecost. During this time the Lord revealed the strategic plan for Tulsa this summer. It was a 50 day Jesus campaign in the streets of Tulsa declaring freedom over this city. As you may know 50 in the bible represents jubilee which is freedom and it also means pentecost. During this 50 day jesus campaign we had organizations from all around the U.S. joining us. I did not know where the laborers would come from but HE did! We saw over 75 salvation, 36 baptisms and prayed with over 20,000 people face to face. No one will ever know on this side of heaven of the eternal impact that it had on this city and so many lives.
As the summer came to an end I found myself on the fast track to the nation just as the Lord had spoken of 2023. Invited by another ministry to join them in San Francisco I accepted and was able to walk the streets and love on people in one of the most lawless cities I have ever been to. My heart broke for them as a perverted love, unity and peace has been sold to them and it leads straight to the grave. From praying over city workers to laying hands on gunshot wounds of the gang members selling drugs on the street corners it was an eye opening and very impactful time. Many salvations, many healings, many delivered! As a drunk homeless woman sat in a pizza parlor I was able to pray for her and she cried out to God and became sober and coherent. Prayed over a gentlemen in the clean injection site line that the spirit of addiction would flee and his body be restored. When I looked back he had gotten out of the line and walked off. To freedom! One very large muscled up gentleman waited to board a bus and attend a large week long party in the desert. He said I want to know about Jesus, so I told him, he then proceeded to say its like i’ve been trying to scratch an itch with all these worldly things but nothing ever eases it. I said yes it is. With tears in his eyes and looking back he still boarded the bus but I know the seed was planted and I will be seeing this man again.
From California it was back to Sapulpa for our night of worship in unity. It was on Sept 25 which was feast of trumpets and what better time to gather all the area churches and people to come together in worship and in prayer for one another, for our city, for our schools, for our churches, for this nation! It was a great success and so looking forward to doing it again in the spring.
Since, we have been in San Antonio, Denver, Colorado Springs, Boulder, and Ft. Collins. We will be heading back to San Antonio Nov 21 - Dec 6 and then to Nayarit, Mexico Dec 8 - Dec 22. Please keep us in your prayers for boldness, divine encounters and safety as we travel.
As for what is ahead in 2023, I will share all that I know but please pray that even in the midst of travels that I find rest in His courts to sit and listen to all that He is saying for the coming year and years. So what will it look like for Sapulpa, Tulsa, and the nation? We will continue to labor in the streets of Sapulpa with street worship, apartment outreach’s and street evangelism partnered with local churches and those looking to learn how and equip them for evangelism. In Tulsa we have a large list of apartments that we have gained favor with and we will be doing outreaches in there facilities and bringing in local churches to help lead those efforts. We will also continue to have street worship around Tulsa. As for the nation I am still working on a schedule for the year but we know we will be in the streets of many cities across this nation partnered up with local churches and ministries to see there city set ablaze for Jesus!
As we head into a new season please pray for the following:
Laborers (we are praying and searching for those who can join us and help take the gospel into their city) This could be helping with clothes or driving a bus! We will train and equip!
A building, we are still believing for a building in the Sapulpa area.
For church and ministry partners to adopt these apartments in Tulsa and plant house churches in them. The people are hungry for the real gospel, for the real Jesus and we are looking for those willing to invest themselves in these places weekly.
I want to leave you with this question to think about. What is your portion? What is your inheritance? Where is your reward? In Psalms 17:14 David says “By your hand save me from such people, Lord, from those of this world whose reward is in this life…” As I read this passage the Lord asked me, “Levi, where is your reward? What is your inheritance? What is your portion?” Of course I want to answer that the Lord is my portion and my inheritance but does my life say that? What are my daily choices? Am I in pursuit of something other than the kingdom of God? Then in Psalms 17:15 David says “As for me, I will be vindicated and will see your face;when I awake, I will be satisfied with seeing your likeness.” Are we satisfied with seeing God and Him alone? Or are we seeking something else? Something of this world that will only exist in this life? Is our portion, our reward found in Christ or in this life?
