![]() Come, let us worship and bow down. Let us kneel before the Lord our Maker -Psalms 95:6 |
Greetings Friends,I pray that each of you experienced a peaceful Christmas and a rejuvenating beginning to the new year. As we step into this season, may it be marked by renewed spiritual hunger and an insatiable thirst for wisdom. Let us come together as the body of Christ—worshiping and bowing in awe before a God so good and gracious that He established a final covenant to redeem us from the curse of sin through the sacrifice of His sinless Son. Remembrance over ritual. Intimacy over religion. Identity over insecurity. This is the Gospel. Thank you for your faithfulness throughout 2025. Each of you played a vital role in carrying the mind of Christ into places of deep need and despair. Whatever the call and whatever the cost, you responded—you sowed, you served, and your obedience has borne fruit. We are deeply grateful to stand with you, Shoulder to Shoulder. As we look ahead, we invite you to prayerfully consider continuing your partnership with us in the coming year. There is still much work to be done as we contend for hearts and lives—Pray. Give. Go. |
December Highlights: Ponca City Christmas Parade: As the parade concluded, our team worshiped over the city. Passersby joined in praise, children danced, and mothers were encouraged. One volunteer had the opportunity to pray with a family unfamiliar with faith, planting a seed of hope. The evening ended with prayer alongside a faith-filled family, asking God for wisdom and guidance. |
Sapulpa Laundromat Outreach: Families expressed deep gratitude as they washed their laundry at no cost, made possible through the generosity of our partners. One woman walked from West Tulsa after hearing about the outreach. Another was able to wash several large bags of clothing and bedding—an ongoing financial burden as she cares for her son with autism, who experiences incontinence. Alongside free laundry, our team provided groceries, clothing, toys, worship, and prayer. Many received far more than they expected upon arrival. |

Furnishing a First Home: A young woman working full-time while attending college to pursue nursing needed furniture for her first apartment. Shoulder 2 Shoulder partnered with City Serve to help furnish her home, offering practical support during a pivotal season. |
The HUB Warming Center: In November, we opened the HUB as a warming center for one evening before temperatures rose and the immediate need subsided. We remain prepared to reopen should temperatures drop below freezing later in the season. |

Testimonies:Corey and Christy, navigating the grief of having their children removed from their home, sought prayer and encouragement. A volunteer prayed for safety, stability, and consistency in their children’s lives, affirming God’s nearness and faithfulness. Peace and comfort were spoken over the parents as they face this season with courage. Afterwards, Corey shared, “Thank you for giving us the words we didn’t have.” Sapulpa Fire Recovery: During the Sapulpa outreach, our team met a family who had lost everything in a house fire. A volunteer has remained in contact and compiled a list of needs as they begin rebuilding. If you feel led to donate items or funds to support this family, please reach out through the links provided below. |
Looking Ahead:In 2026, we are prayerfully preparing to extend the love of God into surrounding cities and beyond. Ongoing conversations with churches in Farmington, Owasso, Salina, and Omaha continue as we remain attentive to where the Lord is leading. Train. Equip. Send. How You Can Stand Shoulder to Shoulder With Us This Month:Pray — Cover our team, our partners, and the communities we serve. Give — Support the work of equipping and sending the Church. Go — Join us as we step into neighborhoods, cities, and nations. Together, we move forward—not by our strength, but by His Spirit. |
Closing & Call to Action:We are deeply grateful for your prayers and faithful support, which continue to empower the sharing of the Gospel across our cities and beyond. Your generosity and love are bearing fruit—one encounter, one life, one moment at a time. As we step into the year ahead, we invite you to stand with us in a posture of worship—bowed before the Lord and united in praise. Together, let us rally as the body of Christ, attentive to His voice and anchored in His presence, lifting high the name of Jesus wherever He leads us.
